This is one of those horses that is absolutely as steady as they come. For a young horse, Montana is so solid he was one of my most dependable guest horses all last summer. Everyone that rode him; man, woman or child, said the same thing: ‘sweet as cookies and smooth as cream’. This horse has a ton of athletic ability when you ask for it. He will watch a cow and get any job done you need. I’ve roped wild colts on him and mature livestock. Regardless of the scenario, Montana has always had my back. Ridden by Ken McNabb.
